<p>The present invention is characterized in that it comprises bumping device which is constituted by many bumping components attracted by G-force and bumping naturally and downwardly, that is the bumping components bump naturally and downwardly by their own weights; it also comprises rotation components which are disposed on a part like axis and can rotate and can be labor saving, the rotation components drived by a driving device rotate at a proper slow rate and in the way just as the screw propeller. When the rotation components arrive at or close to the position perpendicular to the horizontal, the bumping components which are attracted by G-force bump naturally and downwardly for a distance to generate bumping forces, that is, the bumping components bump naturally and downwardly by their own weights to generate bumping force, the combination of the bumping forces of the bumping components drive a rotatable wheel to make power.</p> |
