The invention concerns a vacuum generator (1) comprising at least a nozzle (2) and a compressed air mixer (3) communicating with a vacuum chamber (4). Said vacuum generator (1) is characterised in that the nozzle (2) and/or the mixer (3) are formed by at least two elements (7A, 7B) capable of being assembled by a gasket plane (9) for possible insertion in said gasket plane (9) of at least a spacer sleeve (8), said spacer sleeve (8) enabling to modify the cross-section of the passage of the nozzle (2) and/or of the mixer (3) according to the selection of flow rate to be exhausted into the vacuum chamber. The invention is applicable to an vacuum generator with adjustable flow rate.
