METHOD FOR PRODUCING STABLE, COLORLESS BUTADIENE RUBBERS

Stable, colorless diene rubbers, stabilized with phenolic compounds, are produced by adding one or more phenolic compounds (stabilizers) to the polym er mixture after the polymerization of the monomers used in a subsequent proces s step and adjusting the pH value and the oxygen content so that the polymer mixture has a pH value of 4 to 11 and the oxygen content is 0 to 0.3 in relation to the proportion of water in the polymer mixture.
