<p>The magnification measuring cup apparatus (10) is designed to provide the user with an apparatus that will allow the user to have a magnification unit to enable him or her to read the instructions or directions on the side of a bottle or box. This is especially valuable for use on medicine bottles or for prescription drugs used by elderly individuals in situations where improper use of medicines could lead to disastrous consequences; however, the device can be used in the marketing of other products, liquid or solid, that utilizes measuring cups. The magnification measuring cup apparatus (10) comprises a measuring cup (11) that contains a magnifying lens (13) that is molded or manufactured into the base (12) of the cup (11). The lens (13) can be clear, opaque or colored as determined by the contents of the package. The user adjusts the apparatus (10) as necessary to read the instructions on the side of the packaging. The magnification measuring cup (11) is designed to be attached to the top of a medicine bottle, or it may be packaged as are many medicine measuring cups, as an independent item.</p> |
