The non-return valve (1) has a ceramic disc valve plate (2), supported by a valve crater (3) and guide supports at the periphery of the valve plate, provided by rotatable pins (7) fitted into blind bores (6) provided in a valve cage (5) enclosing the valve plate and/or blind bores in the component (4) providing the valve crater.
