On a circuit board (1) surface (2) is located a cover (20), preferably a flexible foil, for electric components (3,4,6,7) in which are apertures (21,22) for at least a part of the electric components. At the region of the apertures the electric components contact the cover and push through it, when fitted on the circuit board. Between the cover and the circuit board is enclosed an air volume (15). Typically the cover is secured at the circuit board. The cover may be weakly conductive, preferably due to conductive coating. An Independent claim is included for the circuit use.
