Magnetic flux generated from a flux generating part wound with an electromagnetic coil is distributed to form a magnetic path extending toward a magnetic path member provided along the moving direction of a movable member being driven depending on the variation of the formed magnetic field and passing through a magnetized member provided in the movable member in order to detect flux distributed in the magnetic path member, thus obtaining an electromagnetic actuator, a valve driver and a position sensor comprising it, in which displacement and speed of a driven member can be detected surely using a simple arrangement.
