The rail fixing has an elastic plate (7), a ribbed plate (9) provided with rail foot clamping screws (8) and one or more height compensation plates (10) stacked on top of one another between the rail foot (6) and the concrete sleeper (3), with the stack flanked on either side by concrete shoulders (12) of the concrete sleeper and secured to the latter via an anchoring bolt (11). The ribbed plate and the concrete sleeper have complementary profiles for preventing movement parallel to the rail axis.
