<p>The invention concerns a method for preparing conditionally immortalised cells which consists in contacting cells with one or several immortalising proteins in conditions enabling said protein(s) to penetrate into the cells. The immortalising proteins are associated, conjugated or coupled by any type of bond to a chemical substance or unit or to a particle, capable of enabling said immortalising proteins to be transferred into the cytoplasm and/or the nucleus of the cells.</p> |
