The holder holds the wiper element between a base (33) and a movable fixing element (31). A bolt (46) rotates with respect to the base and acts on the fixing element. In a first free position of the bolt, the fixing element can move into a position, in which the wiper element can be positioned. In a second contact position of the base, the fixing element is pushed towards the base, to fix the wiper element. An Independent claim is included for a wiper element to clean bearing rings in a rotation printing machine.
