A bicycle saddle support (1) with anatomic seat (S) is disclosed, comprising an upper body (2) supporting the seat (S); a lower body (3) coupled to the bicycle frame (T); a central body (4) arranged between the upper body (2) to which it is coupled through first adjustment means (5) and the lower body (3) to which it is coupled through second adjustment means (6). The adjustment means (5, 6) are adapted to modify the position of seat (S) to fit to the cyclist's body and to arrange it in a retracted position relative to the junction point of the lower body (3) with the frame (T).
