The seat headrest (1) is height-adjustable relative to the carrier frame of the seat backrest via a pair of carrier rods (3,3'), displaced within a guide (2) attached to the carrier frame, with the forwards inclination of the headrest adjusted in dependence on the height adjustment, by the spiral rotation of the carrier rods during the relative displacement and cooperating knee-lever linkages (4,4') at the rear of the headrest.
