Using the method of the present invention the blood sample is converted into a plasma fraction and a cell fraction by shaking in a cuvette in the presence of a special agglutinating reagent A plasma fraction is obtained which is suitable to be used in diagnostic tests using immunometric or colormetric methods or test strips without physically removing the blood cells from the sample.</p> |
