Treatment accessories for endoscope

There is provided a treatment accessory for an endoscope. The treatment accessory is inserted in or removed from a forceps channel of the endoscope through an inlet of the forceps channel. The treatment accessory has a treatment device, a flexible shaft, the treatment device being provided at a first end of the flexible shaft. The flexible shaft is provided with a marking at a predetermined portion thereof. The treatment device is located at a predetermined position inside the forceps channel when a predetermined portion of the marking is located at the inlet of the forceps channel.
