<p>A composition of a vinyl acetate acrylic copolymer or a carboxylated acrylic copolymer with or without additional latices, about 1 to 6 parts of a non-ionic surfactant, from 0 to 4 parts of a coalescing agent and from 0 to 5 parts of a co-surfactant, with about 15 to 100 parts of starch. A propellant is from about 2% to 10% by weight of the entire composition, and the composition is contained in an aerosol can. A method is also described.</p> |
