PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag having a godet which reduces the cost and improves the productivity, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: This bag 1 having the godet is formed by overlapping a member for a front portion 2 and a member for a back portion 3, and joining them with each other, and comprises a side joining line 5 at which the front portion 2 and the back portion 3 are joined with each other with the godet 4 therebetween on both side surfaces of the bag 1, a bottom joining line 6 at which the front portion 2 and the back portion 3 are joined with each other with the godet 4 therebetween on a bottom surface, and a diagonal joining line 7 extending diagonally toward the side joining line 5 respectively from both ends of the bottom joining line 6 on the side surface close to the bottom surface. An openable/closable lid 8 is provided on the back portion 3 in an extending manner. |
