PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the whole nonrigid sheet for a culture greenhouse is simply peeled off by removing a soil covering at both lower parts of a film being the nonrigid sheet for a culture greenhouse, in a conventional lower part cutting apparatus, since a soil covering is removed by a great number of rotary tines for discharging soil, the rotary tines for discharging soil are entangled with the nonrigid sheet when the depth of the soil covering is varied at both lower parts of the film being the nonrigid sheet, an operation for discharging the soil covering is interrupted at every entanglement and there is a fear of causing a case in which a stable continuous operation is hardly carried out. SOLUTION: This lower part cutting and soil discharging apparatus for a nonrigid sheet greenhouse is characterized in that a culture greenhouse is made by thrusting both end parts of a plural number of struts bent in a bow shape in a back view into soil, respectively, arranging the struts in the longitudinal direction, applying the nonrigid sheet of a polyvinyl chloride, a nylon, etc., to the struts so as to cover the struts with the nonrigid sheet and covering right and left end parts 3 and 3 of the nonrigid sheet with soil, when the culture greenhouse is dismantled, a rotary cutting blade 7 to be rotated and driven and a soil discharging plate 31 freely adjustable in the vertical direction are installed on at least one side at the rear side of a movable agricultural machine 6, the soil covering 4 and the end 3 of the nonrigid sheet are simultaneously cut by the rotary cutting blade 7 and the agricultural machine travels while removing the soil covering 4 on the end part 3 of the nonrigid sheet.
