PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate causes for oily skin roughening or acne, i.e., hyperkeratosis sebum hyperproduction and bacterial infection and to obtain an active ingredient without causing negative effects on the skin, e.g. skin irritation, skin exfoliation or resistance by bacteria. SOLUTION: 1,1-Dioxoperhydro-1,2,4-thiadiazines are used for preparing a cosmetic or a pharmaceutical formulation effective against the oily skin roughening and the acne forms.
