PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for the oral cavity having sufficient enzyme stability without deteriorating usability or stability of other ingredients in the composition for the oral cavity comprising an enzyme and a surfactant. SOLUTION: This composition for the oral cavity is characterized by preventing the inactivation of the enzyme with an anionic surfactant by formulating 0.001-0.1% of a hydroxyethyl cellulose dimethyldiallylammonium salt in the composition for the oral cavity comprising the enzyme and the anionic surfactant.
