An exhaust hood filter system (100) configured for being positioned in vertical alignment with a food preparation system. The exhaust hood filter system (100) may be mounted on an interior surface of a building relative to a food preparation system or directly on a food vending cart configured for preparing, storing, and displaying foods and liquids such as donuts and coffee. The exhaust hood filter system (100) includes a three stage filtration module (30) and a blower (70) for the removal of particles and odors resulting from food preparation. A general support module includes lights (64) and an entertainment system (68). The exhaust hood filter system is adaptable for connection with an external power source or an internally positioned energy storage device. |
