PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple implement for controlling the movement of a hanger, capable of being easily attached/detached and inexpensively produced. SOLUTION: A clothes drying implement 40 composed of a wash-line pole hanging part 43 and a wash-line pole 44 hung across the hanging part 43 is provided with a positioning band 1 stretched along the pole 44 by two fixing implements 4 or more.
