PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine allowing the proper control of control means in accordance with control signals. SOLUTION: A control command to be sent from a game control board to each electric parts control board is in a two-bite form, the first bite representing MODE (the classification of commands) and the second bite representing EXT (the type of commands). The head bit (bit 7) of MODE data is always '1' and the head bit (bit 7) of EXT data is always '0'. Accordingly, two-bite control commands in a common form are output from the game control board to each electric parts control board. The start of control is prevented if two control signals are not normally taken up at the side of control means on each electric parts control board. Therefore, proper control can be performed in accordance with control signals.
