PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radically polymerizing resin composition having a low viscosity and excellent workability, and capable of giving a cured article having a low thermal expansion coefficient, and also excellent in toughness, heat resistance and chemical resistance, and to provide a cured product thereof. SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin composition comprises a radically polymerizing resin (a), a thermoplastic resin (b) and a radically polymerizing monomer (c), contains 10-75 pts.wt. of (a), 2-30 pts.wt. of (b) and 20-60 pts.wt. of (c) based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of (a), (b) and (c), and gives a cured product having an average coefficient of linear expansion of <=48×10-6/ deg.C in the range of 40-100 deg.C when cured after adding 100 pts.wt. of aluminum hydroxide to 100 pts.wt. of the total of (a), (b) and (c).
