PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active ray-curable composition containing a photosensitive liquid having better storage stability than a conventional photosensitive liquid and excellent in adhesivity to a base material. SOLUTION: The active ray-curable composition comprises a polyurethane resin (A) and a photopolymerization initiator (B). The component (A) is a polyurethane resin derived from an organic polyisocyanate (A1) and a polyol (A2) consisting of a polydienepolyol.
