PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical oxygen concentration apparatus capable of safely and easily humidifying oxygen enriched gas in maintenance-free for a long term. SOLUTION: Membrane tubes 92 each consisting of a water molecule permeation membrane 92a are concentrically arranged in a humidification pipe 96 where oxygen enriched gas 11c flows after passing through a pressure regulation device 8. The oxygen enriched gas 11c passing outside of the membrane tube 92 is humidified by dropping humidifying water 94 in the membrane tube 92. The main chemical structure of the molecule permeation membrane 92a is a copolymer of ethylene tetra fluoride and perfluoro-3,6-dioxa-4-methyl-7 octane and is an organic macromolecular this film coordinated with sulfonic acid groups as functional groups.
