METHOD FOR RECYCLING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN AND APPARATUS USED FOR THE SAME METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for recycling a thermoplastic resin by which the thermoplastic resin is recycled without being deteriorated and an apparatus used therefor. SOLUTION: This method for recycling the thermoplastic resin comprises fuidizing a molded product made of the thermoplastic resin with a solvent substantially dissolving the thermoplastic resin, preparing a fluidized material of the molded product and then carrying out a step of separating the solvent and recovering a composite evaporated material for performing the addition of a substance incompatible with the solvent in the solvent-containing fluidized material and having a lower boiling point than that of solvent to the solvent, separation of the solvent from the solvent-containing fluidized material under conditions of a temperature not higher than the boiling point of the solvent and not lower than the boiling point of the low-boiling substance by evaporation of the solvent from the solvent-containing fluidized material and recovery of the composite evaporated material for recovering the separated solvent together with the above substance.
