PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pH neutralization treatment apparatus for an alkaline or acidic waste liquid, capable of being sucked up to a low water level by a pump without being restricted by the size or shape of a raw liquid tank, capable of performing effective neutralization treatment even if the volume of a reaction tank is small and capable of being arranged at a low cost by compact constitution.
