PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency of an elevator by easily and precisely detecting an abnormal place and coping with restoring work by storing travel data on the elevator. SOLUTION: A service center computer 25 is connected to a control board 21 of the elevator and a main computer 50 by a network, and the abnormal place of the elevator is specified and a cause is judged by using the travel data taken in the control board of the elevator, analytical data and judging data stored in the main computer in the service center computer, and support information required for restoring the abnormal place is provided for a maintenance engineer on the basis of the judging result.
