INFORMATION COMMUNICATOR CONTAINING REPLY CARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communicator containing a reply card wherein personal information is printed in addition to the name and address of a recipient by a conventional single-side printer, while a surface for presenting the personal information to be hidden is enlarged and the personal information is hidden reliably without being observed until it is received by the recipient. SOLUTION: The name and address of the recipient are presented on the surface of a first leaf, while the personal information to be hidden is presented on the surface of at least one of second and third leaves and either the second or third leaf is made the reply card. It is also allowable that the name and address of the recipient are presented on the third leaf and that the personal information to be hidden is presented on the surface of at least one of the second and first leaves and either the second or third leaf is made the reply card.
