PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved reflecting glass bead for recurrent reflection that has good flowability, causes no particle size segregation, achieves high packing density of the glass bead when dispersed in a base material of the recurrent reflecting body and enhances the reflecting property, its manufacturing method and the recurrent reflecting body that has the reflecting luminance with less variation and high reflecting property. SOLUTION: The recurrent reflecting glass bead 1 consists of an almost spherical glass bead 2 having an average particle size of <=100μm, refractive index of 1.8-2.6 and adhering water 6 of >=3 ppm, and the SiO2 fine particle 3 with particle size of >=0.5μm and <=2.0μm. The glass bead 1 adheres to the the SiO2 fine particle 3 through the adhering water 6 at the contacting point 4 whose amount of adhesion, area of adhesion based on the projected area s and angle of repose are <=0.008 wt.%, <=5% and <=22 deg., respectively.
