PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the useless consumption of a battery by preventing the useless dissipation of heat generated in a heater in an eyelash curler with a built-in heater for curling. SOLUTION: By a base body 3 provided with a curling part 25 and a pressurizing tool 4 provided with a pressurizing body 26 made of rubber, eyelashes are vertically clamped and curled. The heater 5 is arranged inside the pressurizing body 26 and the dissipation of the heat generated in the heater 5 is prevented. A heat insulation part 40 is arranged between the pressurizing tool 4 and the pressurizing body 26, heat conduction from the heater 5 to a peripheral part is blocked, the heating interval of the heater 5 is spread and the consumption of the battery 8 is suppressed.
