PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head, and its manufacturing method, in which power loss is reduced in a power supply wiring for supplying power to a heater film and an earth wiring while enhancing the reliability of wiring. SOLUTION: A power supply wiring 15a and an earth wiring 15b connected with a heater film 17 formed on a semiconductor substrate 2 are made of copper.
