SOLUTION: The operation control device 11 comprises an arithmetic unit 14 which receives detection signals for a tilting direction C of a movement operating lever 13, an oscillating angle B of the bucket 8 and a swinging angle A of the arm 7 to find a moving direction angleαand gives arithmetic processing to a boom telescopic speed VL, a boom derricking speed Vθ, and an arm swinging angle speed VA and a boom revolving angle speed Vϕcalculated from a moving direction angleα, a boom length L and a boom derricking angleθ, for moving the bucket 8 at a constant height in the tilting direction of the movement operating lever 13 so that driving speed signals are output to telescopic drive means 5, derricking drive means 6, a swinging drive means 9 and revolving drive means 4 corresponding thereto.
