PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material and a packaging bag with anti-static performance for a long time and high clean properties by using a high polymer (type) anti-static agent with excellent durability of anti-static effect and with less decrease in the anti-static effect caused by washing with water. SOLUTION: This anti-static laminated material is provided with a coating layer containing the high polymer (type) anti-static agent on a base material.
