PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant precoated steel panel capable of developing sufficient processability and spot weldability even under a severe processing condition and capable of also developing heat resistance even at a temperature of 300 deg.C or higher. SOLUTION: A coating film, which is based on a silicone resin wherein a methylphenylsilicone resin (A) and a methylsilicone resin (B) are compounded in a mass ratio A/B of 99/1-30/70 and contains 5-35 mass % of a low melting point frit powder, 3-30 mass % of a graphite powder and, if desired, 10-30 mass % of a nickel powder for enhancing spot weldability, is formed on the surface of a steel panel to obtain a precoated steel panel. This precoated steel panel is excellent in processability and has high heat resistance.
