PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of oligonucleotides useful for specifically amplifying and/or sensitively detecting and/or identifying an RNA derived from a tdh-related hemolysin gene (trh2) of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. SOLUTION: This method is a method for the detection utilizing an RNA- amplifying process of an RNA derived from a tdh-related hemolysin gene (trh2) of Vibrio parahamolyticus, wherein, the oligonucleotide shown by sequence 1 of the specification is used as a first primer and the oligonucleotide shown by sequence 2 of the specification is used as a second primer.
