PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress hammering sound caused by the looseness of an air volume regulating member, without causing cost increase. SOLUTION: The air volume regulating member 17 is constituted by punching elastic styrene foam to form a plurality of holes 17a, and the upper and lower end parts of the air volume regulating member 17 are held by recessed parts 18 formed a the internal wall surface of an air-conditioning case 2. Consequently, even if the air volume regulating member 17 becomes loose when a vehicle vibrates, and collides with the internal wall surface of the air-conditioning case 2, the air volume regulating member 17 itself is deformed by this impact to suppress hammering sound, so that cost can be reduced in comparison with the case of providing packing for suppressing the hammering sound, independently of the air volume regulating member 17.
