PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet having not only alcohol resistance but also heat resistance preventing the concealability of a decorative layer from lowering by the heat at the time of transfer. SOLUTION: The transfer sheet S is constituted by forming a transfer layer 2 on a support sheet and the transfer layer 2 consists of a surface protective layer 3, which has two-layered constitution consisting of a first surface protective layer 3A comprising an acrylic resin and a second surface protective layer 3B comprising a butyral resin, and the decorative layer 4 laminated on the surface protective layer 3A. An adhesive layer 5 or the like may be further laminated on the decorative layer.
