SOLUTION: This article total management system 10 comprises a article purchaser management system 11, a CS service system 12, and an expense management system. The article purchaser management system 11 is provided with an order input part 11a for inputting an identification element and quantity of supply, an order processing part 11b generating the ordering data according to the input, an order output part 11d outputting the ordering data, and a perusal processing 11j perusing relative to a Web server. The CS service system 12 is provided with a ordering remainder and various result management part managing the states of the ordering remainder using ordering data and delivery data from the delivery center 4, stock management part 12f obtaining the stock state from the delivery center 4 and managing the stock, and the Web server 12 storing the ordering remainder and stock states of the article managed thereby so as to be perused.</p> |
