PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain a level of electromagnetic radiation noise according to an electromagnetic structure or the driving condition of a CCD. SOLUTION: Since a signal cable 23 is composed of plural signal conductors for transmitting a driving signal and an image pickup signal, electromagnetic noise is radiated by a transmitting signal. Then, the periphery of the signal cable 23 is covered with a shielding material 26 for restraining the electromagnetic radiation noise from the signal cable 23, and is electrically connected with an out-fitting metallic member 25 at one point of a base end part 27 of this shielding material 26, and is thus electrically connected to a circuit ground (a patient GND) of a patient circuit 10 so that the electromagnetic radiation noise from the signal cable 23 can be shielded.
