PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying device capable of grounding a rotary shaft with a simple structure even with a resin bearing. SOLUTION: In this sheet conveying device 1 comprising a rotary shaft 5 of a sheet conveying roller 9 pivoted by the resin bearing 3, and a metallic plate spring 7 mounted on a metallic structural body 13 at its one end part 7a, the other end part 7b of the plate spring 7 is pressedly kept into contact with the rotary shaft 5 by spring force.
