PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely clean a pipe for beer such as a beer server. SOLUTION: By using an electrolytic functional water generator 1 which produces a strong alkali electrolysis water and a strong acid electrolysis water by electrolyzing an aqueous electrolysis water, the inside of the pipe for beer is cleaned by feeding the strong alkali electrolysis water produced in the generator 1 to the pipe for beer of the beer server 101 and then the inside of the pipe is sterilized by feeding the strong acid electrolysis water produced in the generator 1 to the pipe for beer.
