PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biologically active cement composition high in biological activity and having a good operability. SOLUTION: This composition comprises biologically active filler particles having an average particle diameter of <=3 μm, methacrylate polymer particles, methacrylate monomers, a polymerization initiator and a polymerization accelerator in which content of the biologically active filler particles is less than 20 mass %.
