PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an imaging apparatus which can charge by an appropriate charging method conforming to an image formation command. SOLUTION: A job input part 16 inputs printing command information including output information transmitted from the outside (e.g. a computer or the like connected to a network or the like). A job control means 18 converts output image information included in the inputted printing command information to image data which can be processed by an image output part 20, and at the same time controls the image output part 20 in accordance with a control command to output images at the image output part 20. At this time, a charging request-forming part 22 forms charging control information for charging on the basis of information from the job control part 18, and a charging control part 24 controls a counter of a charging meter part 26 to count on the basis of the charging control information. |
