PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer guide device for easily and precisely inserting a guide line, improving safety and reducing size and weight of the whole structure. SOLUTION: In a frame-shaped body 11 of this transfer guide device 5, a slipping-out stopper F for preventing deviation of the guide line 2 is pivotally fixed by a pin 13 to one side part of an entrance E to be engaged with a roller 15 by taking in the guide line 2, and the slipping-out stopper F is shaken outside a surface of a plane of the body 11, and is constituted so as not to become a hindrance when the guide line 2 enters. The tip of the slipping-out stopper F is fixed by a pin 14 to a comb-shaped fitting part K of the body 11.
