PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in washing a pet such as a dog or a cat which the pet often slips his legs on a washbowl of a conventional multi-purpose toilet table, and feels uneasy and excited. SOLUTION: A slip-proof and injury-proof member is disposed on a bottom of a washing bowl. The slip-proof and injury-proof member has a hole or a recess according to a drain port in the washing bowl, and a plurality of recessed pars on the washing bowl side, and a plurality of projecting parts on the opposing side thereof.
