PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel ozone sterilizer that surely and easily sterilizes a sterilizing filter without causing a secondary contamination and so on. SOLUTION: An ozone line 2 and an aeration line 3 in which a sterilizing filter 6 is located are connected to a sterilizing area 1 in which matters to be sterilized are contained, and a bypass line 7 connects an upper flow side of the sterilizing filter 6 with the ozone line 2. The secondary contamination and so on of the aeration line 3 is prevented from occurring as the sterilizing filter 6 is sterilized by flowing ozone gas to the sterilizing filter side via the bypass line 7. |
