PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent that permits simply and rapidly diagnosing an autoimmune disease by examining the behavior of a gene expressed and enhanced specifically in a lesion site, and can be used for screening a medicine for preventing an autoimmune disease such as Crohn's disease by paying attention to a gene involved in the disease. SOLUTION: This reagent is a reagent for diagnosing an autoimmune disease such as Crohn's disease that contains one substance or more having a specific affinity for a protein (or a gene encoding the same) expressed or enhanced specifically in a lesion site such as a substance having a specific affinity for IL-2-controlling PP6 (or a gene encoding the same), a substance having a specific affinity for TNIK (or a gene encoding the same), a substance having a specific affinity for FLIP (or a gene encoding the same), and a substance having a specific affinity for GRα(or a gene encoding the same). |
