摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for a heat resistant resin film laminated with a metallic thin film or an endlessly shaped belt laminated with the metallic thin film, in which mechanical characteristics are good and these are produced by a simple process. SOLUTION: The metallic thin film is formed on the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical substrate 21 and the layer of a heat resistant resin is formed thereon. The laminate of both the heat resistant resin and the metallic thin film is released from the substrate. The metallic thin film may be formed by electroplating, electroless plating or vapor deposition or the like. A previously manufactured metallic foil may be stuck on the inner peripheral surface of the substrate. In formation of the layer of the heat resistant resin, a solution of polyamide acid is injected into the rotary drum 21 and the rotary drum on rollers 23 is rotated while performing heating and centrifugal formation is performed. After formation, furthermore the polyamide acid is heated, burned and converted into imide and a filmlike member of thermosetting polyimide is formed. The layer of the heat resistant resin may be obtained by performing centrifugal formation while heating and melting a liquid crystal polymer in the inside of the rotary drum or the solution of aromatic polyamide may be subjected to centrifugal formation.</p>
