PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating smokeless roaster which uses a ceramic of very small linear expansion coefficient as a material of an insulator, and has an air blow system which uniformly and efficiently blows the cooling air to a work coil and a smoke exhaust system. SOLUTION: The ceramic insulator 1 has a composition consisting of 65-75% silica (SiO2), 20-33% alumina (Al2O3) and 1.5-4% lithium oxide (Li2O). An electromagnetic induction heater 28 is installed in a box body 18 having the air blow circuit 46 connected to an air blow fan F, and the smoke exhaust circuit 29 not in contact with the box body 18 is provided.
